Account Manager

2. The role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving business growth and building lasting relationships with our customers and partners. You understand the market, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure DeltaQuad’s technology is positioned for success in defence, government, and industry sectors.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage all sales activities in the assigned territory.

  • Develop a sales business plan per region and/or account to achieve goals and targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.

  • Support the Business Development team in progressing and closing opportunities.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyse customer needs and collaborate with engineering and program management to create solutions aligned with DeltaQuad’s strategy.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of DeltaQuad products and configurations.

  • Analyse competitive products and propose improvements to strengthen our advantage.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for partners and end customers.

  • Prepare proposals, bids, and technical documentation within deadlines.

4. What you bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Account management or a similar role within UAS, electronics, telecom, or defence/government markets.

  • Solid knowledge of UAS systems and solutions, including industry practices and standards.

  • Experience working with government or defence customers is highly desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills: able to address challenges independently and escalate when needed.

  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer and client focus.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and structure complex problems.

  • Technical affinity to understand integration with third-party providers and new applications.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
