2. The role
As a Production Manager at DeltaQuad, you will lead our drone manufacturing operations and ensure they are efficient, scalable, and deliver top-quality results. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning, capacity optimisation, and performance reporting. You move easily between data, processes and people, ensuring everything comes together in a seamlessly run production environment. Your work directly contributes to the reliability of our drones and the experience of our global customers.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities
Develop long-term and short-term production schedules based on sales forecasts, backlog and supply chain availability.
Analyse and optimise manufacturing capacity, resources, and lead times.
Keep production oversight and ensure timely, cost-effective output that meets our quality standards and cost targets.
Monitor and report on key production KPIs, including throughput, downtime, efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering and quality assurance to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and production standards (both internal and external).
Identify operational risks and bottlenecks and take proactive action.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes and systems.
4. What you bring
A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a production or assembly environment (preferably in high-tech or aerospace).
Strong background in production planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, production analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
Experience with quality management and process optimisation.
A sense of ownership, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to lead people through change.
Fluency in both English and Dutch.
