Stock Manager

In this role, you directly contribute to the availability, quality, and continuity of our UAV systems.

2. The role
As a Stock Manager at DeltaQuad, you are responsible for maintaining a fully accurate and reliable inventory. You ensure that all materials, components, and critical parts are exactly where they need to be on time, properly registered, and fully traceable.
You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Head of Operations, Production Manager, and UAV Technicians to guarantee a smooth internal logistics flow. Your work directly impacts production efficiency and the quality of our end products.
3. Key tasks and responsibilities
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory administration.
Perform cycle counts, full stock audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Optimise storage, labelling, and warehouse layout.
Coordinate internal material flows for production and assembly.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, deviations, and trends.
Improve processes and collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams.
4. What you bring
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Organised, stress-resistant, and process-oriented.
Experienced with ERP/WMS systems and basic data analysis.
Team-oriented, communicative, and proactive.
At least 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
Experience with audits, cycle counts, and documentation standards.
Reliable, accurate, and focused on continuous improvement.
Physically able to perform warehouse and counting activities.
Forklift certification (preferred).
