2. Key tasks and responsibilities

Your overarching goal? Ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes proactive communication, refining the customer journey, and meticulously documenting support operations. 

  • Offer impeccable technical support via phone, email, and live chat and maintain logs of interactions in the CRM (HubSpot).

  • Prioritize, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues where T2 is by your side for more complex topics.

  • Document support operations, frequently asked questions, and an internal knowledge base.

  • Provide commercial assistance to existing clients while cooperating with the sales team.

  • Collaborate with various teams and ensure our clients’ feedback resonates within the company.

3. Requirements

  • Affinity or knowledge of drone technology is required.

  • Equipped with an MBO+ educational background and an eye for technical insight (assembly, mechatronics, electronics).

  • Previous experience in technical support and having drone certificates is a big plus.

  • A pro-active and communicative self-starter with a drive to grow, elevate processes, and solve problems.

  • Someone who thrives in a team yet can spearhead tasks solo.

  • Fluent in English. Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish or French, are a bonus.

  • Willing to work at the office 5 days a week.
