T1 Technical Support Specialist

Our support department plays a crucial role in this mission. Outstanding customer experience, clear communication, and strong technical support form the foundation for long-term customer relationships and the optimal deployment of our systems. In this role, you directly contribute to the quality and continuity of our UAV operations in the field.

2. The role

As a T1 Technical Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You provide fast, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support that leads to maximum satisfaction. You communicate proactively, analyse technical questions, and carefully document all support activities.

You work closely with T2 Support, Sales, Operations, Finance, R&D, and other teams within DeltaQuad.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone and email.

  • Register and maintain accurate support logs in our CRM system.

  • Prioritise, analyse, and resolve technical issues, with T2 support available for more complex topics.

  • Document support processes, FAQs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

  • Provide commercial assistance to existing clients in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

4. What you bring
  • Based in the Netherlands (applications from outside NL will not be considered), preferably in the Amsterdam area.

  • Available for 32–40 hours per week.

  • Affinity with or knowledge of drone technology is required.

  • MBO+ level education with technical insight (assembly, mechatronics, electronics).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.

  • Proactive, communicative, and motivated to improve and elevate processes.

  • A team player who can also handle tasks independently.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Willing to work at the office 5 days per week.

  • Drone certifications are a strong plus.
