2. The role

As a Warehouse Assistant at DeltaQuad, you are a vital part of our logistics operations. You help manage the flow of goods, from receiving shipments to maintaining accurate inventory. You are hands-on, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment with international reach.

Your work contributes to meaningful innovations that strengthen safety, resilience and response capabilities across Europe.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities

Logistics and warehouse operations

  • Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods.

  • Label and store goods according to warehouse procedures.

  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Warehouse organisation and support

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

  • Report damages, discrepancies, or inventory issues to the team lead.

4. What you bring
  • MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in logistics.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with WMS or shipping systems is a plus.

  • Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks.

  • A proactive team player with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.
