2. The role
As a Senior Integration Engineer at DeltaQuad, you lead the technical integration of complex drone systems, sub-systems such as C2, GCS and payloads. You work closely with engineering, production and customer teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your focus is on turning innovative concepts and ideas into fully operational systems that are ready to fly in real-world conditions.
You enjoy solving technical challenges, translating customer requirements into concrete solutions and ensuring every detail works seamlessly together.

3. Key tasks and responsibilities
System Integration & Engineering
Lead the integration of hardware, software, and payload/sensor systems into the DeltaQuad platform and sub-systems.
Translate functional and technical requirements into system-level designs and configurations.
Develop and execute validation and verification procedures to ensure system performance and reliability.
Work hands-on with UAVs, test setups, and tools to evaluate and optimise system behaviour.
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with R&D, production and support teams to resolve integration issues and guide improvements.
Support customer-specific integrations and configurations for key accounts.
Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Continuous improvement & innovation
Proactively identify opportunities for improving system architecture, tooling, and workflows.
Stay up to date with developments in UAV technology, sensors, and integration practices.
4. What you bring
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (e.g. electrical, aerospace, mechatronics).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in system integration or product development.
Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, Radio systems, and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, Ethernet, etc.).
Experience working with UAVs or robotic systems is a strong plus.
Hands-on, analytical, and precise — you enjoy turning theory into practice.
A team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership.
